In the Kherson region, Russian troops shelled residential areas yesterday, damaging more than a dozen private houses and an educational institution, killing one person and wounding three others, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, said on Tuesday, UNN reports.

According to Prokudin, the enemy fired at Antonivka, Republican, Kachkarivka, Veletynske, Chervonyi Mayak, Stanislav, Krupytsia, Odradokamyanka, Zmiivka, Dniprovske, Lviv, Ivanivka, Poniativka, Beryslav, Tyahyntsi, Zymivnyk and the city of Kherson over the past day.
"Russian troops hit residential areas of the region's settlements, in particular, 13 private houses were damaged. In Kherson, a private house and a car were damaged as a result of shelling," Prokudin said on Telegram.
According to him, as a result of hostile attacks in the settlements of the region, there were hits to the educational institution and economic buildings.
"One person was killed and three others were injured as a result of the Russian aggression," Prokudin said.
