Ukrainians raised 250 million in 22 hours to rebuild Okhmatdyt, which was attacked by Russia, UNN reports, citing the UNITED24 platform and data from monobank co-founder Oleg Gorokhovsky.
"This is the fastest collection of UNITED24 and monobank. 250,000,000 hryvnias in less than a day. We are grateful to everyone who contributed to help the Okhmatdyt hospital," UNITED24 platform said in a statement.
In turn, Horokhovsky clarifies that 250 thousand Ukrainians joined the collection. It took 22 hours to raise UAH 250 million to rebuild Okhmatdyt.
"250 million!!! 250,000 Ukrainians have joined! 22 hours! It was legendary! Thank you all!" - Horokhovsky wrote on his Telegram channel.

As reported by UNN, Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets saidthat he had held talks with UNICEF representatives the day before.
"UNICEF is ready to urgently allocate additional funding to help those children and families who were in Okhmatdyt," Lubinets said.
We are also working on the issue of restoring the hospital as soon as possible.
In addition, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal today announced the start of work to restore the Okhmatdyt children's hospital, which was damaged by shelling.
According to him, the government has already allocated UAH 100 million from the reserve fund for priority reconstruction work and plans to increase funding as soon as the reconstruction project is ready.
