Yesterday, March 28, the police received a report that "in the Dakhnivka district of Cherkasy, an unknown man was showing indecent gestures and genitals to minors." Eyewitnesses immediately called the police, but the offender managed to leave the scene.
"Police officers identified and detained a 30-year-old man," the police said.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated on the fact of hooliganism under Part 1 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The full circumstances of the incident are being established.
