Unfortunately, due to technical reasons, the issuance of ready-made documents in foreign subdivisions of the State Enterprise Document has been suspended
At the same time, it is noted that the submission of applications for issuance of passport documents is carried out in the usual manner.
The document also added that passports can be issued to children under 12 years of age, due to the absence of the need for biometric verification.
It is noted that foreign branches will notify all service users about the resumption of document issuance systems on all official resources of SE Document.

Earlier , the media, referring to a letter signed by First Deputy Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga, wrote that starting from April 23, services for men of military age will be suspended at Ukrainian consulates. It will only be possible to draw up documents for returning to Ukraine.
Subsequently, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that he had instructed to take measures against men of mobilization age in Ukraine and abroad.
Soon, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will provide clarifications on the procedure for obtaining consular services as we approach the enactment of the law on increased mobilization and after it comes into force.
