According to the RMA, people who have the opportunity go to Luhansk for treatment or examination. In Rubizhne, there are no specialized doctors at all, and there is a shortage of therapists.
“Vouchers are issued to a maximum of five people per day,” says the Luhansk Regional State Administration.
