During martial law, entrepreneurs took out 52,244 loans totaling UAH 208.7 billion under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% program. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance, according to UNN .
Last week, entrepreneurs received 389 loans worth UAH 1.8 billion from authorized banks under the government program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%", of which 252 loans worth UAH 0.6 billion were provided by state-owned banks.
Since the beginning of 2024, entrepreneurs have taken advantage of this program to receive 8,102 loans totaling UAH 31.4 billion. Of this amount, state-owned banks have issued 5,974 loans worth UAH 16.1 billion.
In total, during the period of martial law in Ukraine, 52,244 loans totaling UAH 208.7 billion were issued, of which state-owned banks provided 39,008 loans worth UAH 106.5 billion.
As of April 29 this year, funds have been allocated in the following areas:
- UAH 17.4 billion for investment projects;
- UAH 59.1 billion to finance working capital;
- UAH 37.41 billion for lending to agricultural producers;
- UAH 13.52 billion for the processing of agricultural products;
- UAH 57.41 billion for purposes related to military defense;
- UAH 10.43 billion for lending in areas of high military risk.
In total, 87,066 loan agreements worth UAH 298.3 billion have been concluded since the start of the program, including 59,484 agreements worth UAH 133.1 billion provided by state-owned banks.
