In particular, for government agencies, the algorithm of actions is as follows:
- Submission of the lists and the certificate to the Ministry of Defense (or the SSU or the Foreign Intelligence Service) for approval.
- The agreed lists are transferred to the Ministry of Economy to make a decision on booking.
- The Ministry of Economy checks the lists and makes a decision on the reservation, sending it to the Ministry of Defense and the state body.
- The government agency issues the employee an extract from the order of the Ministry of Economy on the reservation and sends a notification to the TCC and the JV.
In turn, for enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of their form of ownership, the booking procedure is somewhat longer:
- Submission of proposals for determining the enterprise as critical to the relevant state body.
- Approval by the Ministry of Defense of the lists of employees liable for military service.
- The agreed lists are submitted to the Ministry of Economy for a decision on booking.
- The Ministry of Economy checks the lists and makes a decision on the reservation, sends it to the Ministry of Defense and the state body.
- The company issues the employee an extract from the order of the Ministry of Economy on the reservation and sends a notification to the TCC and the JV.
There is also another option - the booking algorithm through the Diia Portal (Procedure No. 76). In particular, it provides for:
- Entering information about the company through the Diia portal.
- The Ministry of Economy verifies the information and compiles the Unified List.
- The company submits a list of employees liable for military service through the Diia portal.
- Automatic reconciliation of data on persons liable for military service.
- Automatic provision of a reservation if the data matches.
- Generating a booking extract using the Diia Portal.
The Ministry of Economy also adds that there is an algorithm for determining an enterprise as critical (Procedure No. 76):
- Compliance of the company with at least three criteria (amount of taxes, revenues, strategic importance, level of average salary, absence of debt, etc.
- Simplified procedure for certain businesses (fuel and energy sector, building managers, media, international transportation).
