The Parliamentary Committee on National Security continues to consider the draft law on mobilization. In particular, they plan to close the loophole for evaders, when several people are registered as caregivers for a person with a disability. This was stated by MP, Deputy Chairman of the relevant Committee, Head of the Permanent Delegation of Ukraine to the NATO PA Yehor Chernev, UNN reports .
We heard the problem of people with disabilities and those who care for them. Now we are looking for a formula that will not deprive people with disabilities of the necessary care. On the other hand, we have to close the loophole used by some evaders. They find people with disabilities, and one such person can have, relatively speaking, nine caregivers. According to him, the Committee has set itself a clear goal: on the one hand, to fulfill the request of the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense, and on the other hand, to maintain a balance of rights, freedoms and justice for people.
Chernev noted that as soon as the draft law is balanced, it will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada session hall.

On March 13, a Verkhovna Rada committee voted to exclude from the draft law on mobilization restrictions such as freezing accounts, bank cards, and driving restrictions for draft evaders.
