The DobroDiy Charity Exchange, founded by Olena and Yulia Sosiedko, won the national competition Charitable Ukraine 2023 in the Platform of Good nomination, UNN reports.
"Amidst the marathon of continuous work, the conveyor belt of urgent tasks, and the daily routine of our organization, sooner or later there are pleasant moments that balance this race to the bottom and prove that all the efforts we put in are not in vain. We are always deeply grateful when our work is appreciated and recognized. This year, the DobroDiy Charity Marketplace won the National Competition "Charitable Ukraine - 2023: Charity to Protect Ukraine," the Marketplace said in a statement.
This is the only national competition for charitable organizations in Ukraine, which has been held since 2012 by the Association of Philanthropists of Ukraine. Its goal is to support and develop effective charity, philanthropy and volunteering.
In 2023, the national expert council reviewed 1,604 applications, among which DobroDiy was recognized as a winner in the Platform for Good nomination.
"Taking 3rd place in this nomination is a huge achievement for our team! This victory is a recognition of our tireless work and a confirmation that we are on the right track. Being a winner of such a prestigious contest is not only a great honor, but also a great responsibility to our wards and society. We are grateful to all our partners and donors for their support and faith in our mission. Together we are making the world a better place!" the Philanthropic Marketplace said.
