The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official hryvnia exchange rate at 41.6628 UAH/USD, which strengthened the hryvnia by 3 kopecks, UNN reports citing the NBU .

The official dollar exchange rate is 41.66 UAH/USD. The NBU also set the official euro to hryvnia exchange rate at 43.70 UAH/€.
According to the data on specialized websites, as of 9:15 am:
- The dollar can be bought for UAH 41.97 and sold for UAH 41.50 in banks.
- Euros can be bought for UAH 44.23 and sold for UAH 43.55 in banks.
- In exchange offices, the dollar is traded at UAH 41.77-41.80, and the euro at UAH 44.10-44.25.
- On the interbank market, the exchange rates are 41.63-41.67 UAH/USD for the dollar and 43.70-43.73 UAH/€ for the euro, respectively.

The Minister of Finance of Ukraine Sergii Marchenko has signed a Memorandum of Understanding and a Loan Agreement between Ukraine and the EU to attract up to EUR 35 billion in macro-financial assistance (MFA). The loan will be repaid from future earnings from Russia's frozen assets in the EU.
