A court has suspended Myroslav Horvat, who was detained by the Security Service of Ukraine in Uzhhorod City Council and who extorted money from conscripts applying for a deferment of conscription for family reasons, from the post of head of one of the subdivisions of the Department of Social Policy of Uzhhorod City Council.
