Russia continues to implement a policy of settling the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine with its own citizens. This is reported by the Center for National Resistance of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (CNR), informs UNN.

It is noted that this time the occupation administration announced a large-scale development of the eastern part of Kalanchak in the Kherson region.
According to the published plans, over 87 hectares of land have been allocated for the new residential area. On this territory, the occupiers plan to build 15 apartment buildings, new private houses, a school for 250 students, a kindergarten, and other infrastructure
It is indicated that such projects are aimed not at improving the living conditions of the local population, but at creating housing for Russians who are being massively brought into the TOT.
First of all, this concerns officials, law enforcement officers, military personnel, and employees of Russian state structures, whom the Kremlin uses to consolidate the occupation regime
They state that Russia is effectively continuing to change the demographic composition of the captured territories.
"While local residents face problems with employment, housing shortages, and the economic crisis, the occupation authorities are investing resources in building new neighborhoods for migrants from the Russian Federation," summarize at the CNR.

Russia continues to form a new management system in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. For this purpose, the Kremlin is increasingly training personnel from among the participants of the so-called "SVO", whom they plan to appoint to leadership positions in the occupation administrations in the future.
