Russia is spreading a disinformation narrative that portrays Ukraine as a "black market" and an unreliable partner, according to Anait Khoperia of the Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation

Russia creates a strategic narrative that Ukraine is basically a "black market" and a supposedly unreliable partner. In this regard, Kiev should work as hard as possible, because the Russian Federation will continue to develop this narrative. This was announced by the head of the Department  of countering information threats to national security of the Center for countering disinformation under the national security and Defense Council of Ukraine Anait Khoperia during the discussion of the study "black market of weapons", the correspondent reports UNN.

if we analyze the campaigns that our center has already published and presented about the black market of weapons, about black transplantology, about child abduction, we see that Russia is creating a strategic narrative that Ukraine is basically a "black market" and an unreliable partner. In this regard, we must work as hard as possible, because this strategic narrative will continue to develop
