If it turns out that the employer has provided false information about the employee's salary, the company will lose the opportunity to book and receive criticality for a period of 6 months. This was announced by First Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of economy of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko on the air of the telethon, reports UNN.
Sviridenko commented on whether employees of enterprises that are officially registered, for example, from today, December 1, will be able to apply for a reservation.
"If we are talking about new employees, we understand that monthly reporting for accrued wages will work from January 1. Accordingly, we will see these data in the tax service only in February. In order to enable enterprises to recruit new employees, we give employers the opportunity, based on the declarative principle, to book those employees who will receive 20 thousand UAH, did not receive, but will," Sviridenko said.
She noted that the government wants to show that they trust business in this way.
"But, here is a very important point. If after the monthly reporting is entered and we see that the employer has not provided reliable information and such an employee's salary does not meet the criteria, then such an enterprise will lose the opportunity to book employees and receive criticality for a period of 6 months. Therefore, I have a big request to all employers, because they will update this data in DII, pay attention and very clearly indicate the level of salary that is necessary for an employee to be booked, "Sviridenko said.

Starting from December 1, booking of employees is possible only through the portal "Diya".
Under the new rules, in order to book people, a company must meet the 3rd criterion:
1.the average salary at the enterprise is not less than 20 thousand hryvnias.

- residency in Diya.City
- 1.5 + million euros of taxes paid per year
- 32 + million euros of revenue
- importance for the national economy or the needs of tergromada
