During the second attack in the capital, a maternity hospital came under fire from the Russian army, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets said on Monday, UNN reports.
"Another Russian attack on Kyiv. And again - a medical institution. An institution where life is born - a maternity hospital," Lubinets wrote on Telegram.

As of now, there are four dead and three injured due to the repeated strike on Kyiv.
