American actress Angelina Jolie said she felt lonely and “strange” before her trial with ex-husband Brad Pitt, reports Daily Mail, writes UNN.

Details

Eight years ago, Angelina Jolie accused her husband Brad Pitt of violence, and now the actress is in a lawsuit fighting for her French vineyard.

Now, many years after the divorce, Angelina Jolie has admitted that she feels lonely.

The actress compared herself to the opera star Maria Callas, whom she plays in the movie Maria, because she is also lonely.

“I have children that I love, but as I get older, I often feel lonely, I identify with the loneliness that she [Maria] feels,” Angelina Jolie said.

Angelina recently won a major court case against her ex-husband Brad Pitt after the court ruled that he must turn over documents and communications that could prove he had shown horrific treatment to the actress and their children.

The long-running conflict has led to the feuding exes filing lawsuits against each other since Pitt sued Jolie in 2022 for selling her stake in their estate, Chateau Miraval, which produces rosé sparkling wine.

Earlier, Angelina Jolie accused her ex-husband of pouring red wine and beer on her and the couple's one child while they were on their private jet.

Jolie, 49, asked the court to force her ex-husband to disclose anything between September 14, 2016 and December 31, 2018. This included emails, text messages and other written communications, anything but information between him and his lawyers or therapists.

In July, the actress filed documents claiming that the actor had tried to force her to sign an $8.5 million non-disclosure agreement to hide “years of abuse.

At the same time, her legal team asked the court to force Pitt to release “private third-party communications” he had regarding their family's 2016 airplane flight that resulted in Jolie's divorce.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Leah Martin issued the ruling after Jolie's lawyers said the documents would support her claims that Pitt tried to force her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

She claims that a non-disclosure agreement would not have allowed her to speak about the alleged abuses, amid a verbal agreement to sell her half of the winery to Pitt.

Jolie's lawyers claim that the documents will confirm “reports of abuse, lying to authorities, and years of cover-ups” by Pitt.

Pitt's legal team requested that the motion be dismissed, arguing that the requests were “broad and intrusive.

The actors' lawyers also called the submission a “sensational fishing expedition,” and sources called the latest decision “inappropriate” because the actor had already provided “so much information.

Paul Murphy, Jolie's lawyer, called the documents “crucial evidence” that Pitt “fought for years to hide.

Recall

The actress shared that her children are very reserved and do not aspire to an acting career. Jolie also spoke about preparing for her new role and admitted that motherhood is her top priority in life.
