An indictment against a man who passed information about the Kharkiv Defense Forces to the russians is being submitted to court, the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office reports, according to UNN.

According to the investigation, a Kharkiv-based private entrepreneur who sold plumbing fixtures began collaborating with the enemy in July last year.
The man was using the Telegram messenger to transmit information about the location of personnel and military equipment of the Defense Forces in Kharkiv to his russian curator.
The enemy's accomplice marked the images of maps of the area and sent these files to the representative of the russian federation.
Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office approved and sent to court an indictment against a 44-year-old man on the facts of unauthorized dissemination of information on the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, as well as the purchase, storage and sale of explosives, explosive devices and ammunition without a permit provided by law (Part 2 of Art. 114-2, Part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
The man will be tried in the Ordzhonikidze District Court of Kharkiv. The accused faces up to 8 years in prison.

Investigators also found that , to fulfill the curator's task, the Kharkiv resident purchased four cases of hand grenades and fuses for them.
The man hid the "purchase" at his place of work - in a trade pavilion at a local market. Later, the entrepreneur was instructed to hand over three grenades in disassembled form to a person who would give him a password. The defendant received payment for the "goods" - ammunition - by bank card transfer.
The entrepreneur kept another grenade and began to store it in the trunk of his car. In September last year, during the inspection of the car, law enforcement officers seized the ammunition and exposed the man.
In the course of further investigative actions, it was established that the entrepreneur cooperated with a representative of the russian federation and, based on the collected evidence, he was notified of suspicion.
