Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the national security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Kovalenko on Wednesday, December 4, announced a strike on the Russian Diaghilev air base in Ryazan, where the Strategic Aviation of the Russian Federation is based. A port with Russian launch vehicles was also attacked in Novorossiysk. This is reported by UNN.

Residents of the Russian Ryazan on the night of December 4 reported explosions in the area where the airbase is located. Explosions were also heard in Novorossiysk. 

Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry reported the alleged shooting down of 25 drones over six regions.
