Senior Police Lieutenant Dmytro Silivonchyk has returned from Russian captivity – a fighter of the "Safari" assault regiment of the united assault brigade of the National Police "Lyut". This was reported by the head of the National Police, Ivan Vyhivsky, according to UNN.

According to him, for a long time there was no information about the policeman's fate, and later it became known that he was in captivity.

Nearly a year of uncertainty, then the news that he is alive. Captivity. All this time they fought for him. The state, the unit, comrades. The family was waiting. And today he is home 

– Vyhivsky noted.
