Soldier Vladislav Gerutskiy claims that there was no mention of detention. Border Guard specialists “politely asked them to come with them for some additional interview”.
Since I didn't want any conflicts and thought it was something important, since the border was not far away, I agreed and came to Dilove. There I found out that I was detained for trying to cross the state border, 30 kilometers from the border in the village of Kvasy.
Later, the following happened:
When I was waiting at the detention center in Dilove, they wrote an administrative protocol stating that I was detained for trying to cross the border.
Vladislav Gerutsky promises that as soon as he returns to Kyiv, he will immediately turn to lawyers.

I was told that there would be a court in Rakhiv. This is a border-controlled area, but you don't need any permits to go on tourist routes there. Such permits are required in the border zone, 5 km from the border
