Latvia has donated a 250 MVA transformer, compressor, and transformer oil to Ukraine to help supply power and heat critical infrastructure after the russian missile attacks.

Following massive russian missile attacks on critical infrastructure in Ukraine, Latvia has handed over energy equipment to Kyiv . This was reported by UNN with reference to Delfi.

Details

It is noted that Ukraine was presented with a 250 MVA TS-250000/330 transformer, which was previously used at the Riga HPP; a GR110 compressed air compressor; and 60 tons of transformer oil.

The Latvian State Fire and Rescue Service helped to deliver the oversized cargo to its destination, and the transportation costs were covered by the European Union.

With the delivery of a high-voltage transformer, oil and compressor, the people of Ukraine will be provided with assistance at the household level, as well as for water and heat supply to hospitals, schools and other facilities. Let's be united until Ukraine wins
