According to "Yellow Ribbon", the occupiers traditionally plan to blame the Armed Forces of Ukraine for terrorist attacks and provocations.
"We urge everyone who lives under occupation to stay away from the 'polling stations' from March 15 to 17, stay at home. Do not ignore the air raid alerts. Avoid absolutely all public events organized by racists, as human lives mean nothing to them. The main thing for them is a picture for TV," the message says.
