An eyewitness reported the fall of a stranger, probably from the 21st floor of an unfinished high-rise building, to law enforcement at about 11 o'clock.
According to police, the man died from his injuries.
An investigative team is currently working at the scene of the tragedy. The deceased is being identified. His body will be sent for forensic examination to determine the cause of death.
After establishing all the circumstances of the incident, it will be legally qualified.
