According to UZ, railroaders successfully return almost 70% of items forgotten by passengers on trains. In the first six months of this year, Ukrzaliznytsia's contact center received 8188 calls, which is twice as many as last year.
Among the most unusual finds were a 120-cm-high toy deer, a package with eight sticks of sausage, cakes, an implant passport, a bucket of strawberries, and a violin bow wrapped in a blue and turquoise towel.
Also often forgotten are dental mouthguards, which are no longer accounted for due to their large number. More traditional items that are left on trains include wallets, phones, chargers, laptops, documents, watches, jewelry, and keys.
Therefore, before the end of the trip, we advise you to check whether all tiaras with diamonds, license plates and liquor licenses that could be accidentally left on the train are in the place entrusted to them
