On Monday evening, April 8, a fire broke out in Lutsk: rescuers were working in a dormitory and evacuated three people and a teenager. This was reported by the main department of the State Emergency Service in the Volyn region, UNN reports.

It is noted that on Monday, late in the evening, Lutsk firefighters arrived at a 6-story dormitory on Nil Khasevich Street. A fire broke out in an apartment on the 2nd floor.
The call to the 101 rescue service was received at 22:07.
The rescuers put on compressed air breathing apparatus, sent two water hoses to extinguish the smoke through a ladder truck and a stairwell, and promptly evacuated three adults and a 15-year-old boy.
The fire was extinguished at 22:20. There were no casualties. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
