As reported in the Zhytomyr City Council, the situation is as follows::
Water Supply. Zhytomyr Vodokanal has already launched the 1st and 2nd ascents. To supply water to the house, it takes a little more time for the system to work at full capacity. Approximately within an hour there should be water.
Power Supply. Hospitals in the city - with light. regarding the connection of houses where there is no power supply, they are waiting for instructions from Zhytomyr Power Plant.
Heat Supply. Hospitals and all critical infrastructure facilities are provided with Heat Supply. In case of further lack of electricity, the generators will be turned on.
Transport. There are only buses on the routes so far, and electric transport does not work.
Points Of Invincibility. points open one hour after the Air Alert ends. And they will work in case of further lack of power supply in the city districts.
