In Uzhhorod, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited a clinical center where Ukrainian defenders are undergoing rehabilitation after being wounded in the battles in Donetsk, Kharkiv and Kursk regions, UNN reports with reference to the OP.
"Thank you from all our people - from the whole of Ukraine - for such a necessary work, service, and courage. Courage, which is always crucial - both on the battlefield and in political decisions," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
The President spoke to the soldiers and awarded them with state awards: the Order "For Courage" of the III degree, medals "For Military Service to Ukraine" and "To the Defender of the Fatherland".
He also inspected the vascular X-ray diagnostics and rehabilitation rooms, which are equipped with modern equipment and treatment devices.
