Law enforcement officers in the case of information leakage in one of the territorial departments of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency should check not only the actions of the suspect, but also the likely vertical chain of instructions - up to the leadership of the department. This opinion was expressed in an exclusive comment to UNN by human rights activist, chairman of the board of the NGO "Emergency Commission for Combating Corruption and Sabotage" Serhiy Kosenko.
Everything that happens in ARMA happens with the knowledge of Duma. Nothing happens there at all without Duma. When she came to office, she fired almost everyone who held managerial positions and hired her own people. Nothing happens there at all without her
Therefore, in his opinion, the investigation should focus not only on the suspected employee of the Western Territorial Department, but also on the entire alleged "chain of persons" who could have received information about the searches.
He also believes that the suspect probably acted not on her own initiative, but was carrying out a systematic instruction to monitor the court register.
"Most likely, this is a person who was specifically assigned to this area - to start the morning and end the working day by monitoring the resolutions," Kosenko said and added that if it is proven that someone gave such an instruction, then it is already "an organized criminal group that abuses its official position."
Let us remind you
It recently became known that an employee of the Western Interregional Territorial Department of ARMA is suspected of unauthorized dissemination of restricted information. We are talking about data on the decision to search the premises of the territorial department itself. According to the investigation, the official, having learned about the investigative actions, informed the management. Experts note that ARMA has a centralized management structure. Therefore, it is likely that the instruction to "monitor the court register" is valid within the central apparatus, and the deputy heads of ARMA pass it on to the regions, where managers, such as the Western Territorial Department, involve "their people" to have quick access to information.
