Temperatures will be 3-8° below zero at night, 1-6° below zero during the day, around 0° in the southern part and in Transcarpathia; in the highlands of the Carpathians, 5-10° below zero at night, 2-7° below zero during the day.
It will be warmest in the Zakarpattia region. The temperature there will rise to -1...+4 degrees. The lowest temperature will be in Sumy region. There, the temperature will drop to -5...+-2 degrees.
