The court remanded in custody an official of the Vinnytsia TCR and her accomplice, who beat a person liable for military service, the SBI reported on Tuesday, UNN writes.
The Vinnytsia City Court has chosen a preventive measure for an official of the Vinnytsia United City TCR and her accomplice, who brutally beat a citizen. Both suspects will remain in custody without the right to bail.
The essence of the case
The incident occurred in September, when the victim, who worked at a critical infrastructure enterprise and had a valid reservation, applied to the institution to update his data. "He was sent to the deputy head of the TCR, who was dissatisfied with his behavior and began to force him to sign a questionnaire of a person liable for military service and refuse to book", - reported in the SBI.
Suspicion
SBI employees informed the deputy head of the Vinnytsia Joint City Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center and her former subordinate of suspicion of abuse of power by a military official, which caused significant damage, committed under martial law by a group of persons (Part 1 of Article 28, Part 5 of Article 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term of up to 12 years.
