I am outraged by the scale of today's attacks by the armed forces of the Russian Federation on energy infrastructure across Ukraine. Brown noted that these hostile strikes have also killed people and damaged homes and schools, causing new suffering for people.
The significant impact of today's attacks on critical civilian infrastructure will exacerbate an already dire humanitarian situation for millions of people in Ukraine
Brown emphasized that under international humanitarian law, civilians and civilian infrastructure must be protected.
