"Next week... we are launching a project to support book publishing in Ukraine and reading in Ukrainian. Those who turn 18 this year will be able to receive a special card for 908 hryvnias to buy books published in Ukraine in Ukrainian. At a time when Russia is bombing our printing houses and trying to destroy our culture, this is an important element of support," Shmyhal said.
