It is noted that thanks to this feature, Ukrainians can re-register a car in a matter of minutes. Car and user verification is done automatically, and the new owner can receive license plates and a technical passport by mail.

The agency adds that the service is being implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Infotech and Ukrposhta.
