The court ordered the ex-prisoner Bohdan Pysarenko not to leave his home around the clock for 2 months. Prosecutors asked the court for detention without bail, so after the court's decision, they filed an appeal.

Earlier, the Kyiv Court of Appeal left MP Mykola Tyshchenko under round-the-clock house arrest. The MP tried to appeal this measure of restraint.
