A man died under the wheels of a tram in Lviv. This is reported by the Lviv City Council, reports UNN.

On March 31, at about 22:30, a tragic incident occurred on Ruska Street. During the tram stop No. 1, an unknown person fell under the wheels of the vehicle, receiving injuries incompatible with life.
Emergency services and an investigative team immediately arrived at the scene.
According to preliminary data, the tragedy occurred when the tram was moving from the stop in the direction of Rynok Square. The person was under the wheels of the tram, on the opposite side of the stop.
Law enforcement officers are currently working to identify the deceased. Approximately, this is a man of about 45 years of age who did not have a permanent place of residence.
Law enforcement officers are studying footage from surveillance cameras provided by the city authorities. They are currently considering various versions of the event, including the possibility of suicide.
