According to him, at 22:46 the enemy attacked the same area of Kharkiv again, damaging the windows of an apartment building.
At 15:57 on November 11, according to the head of the RMA, a private house in Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi in Kupyansk district was burning as a result of hostile shelling.
