Two residents of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, planning a route to the Transnistrian region of Moldova, took care of their all-terrain capabilities and equipped themselves with a telescopic ladder.
"As if in a competition, they were overcoming obstacles off-road, but at the last stage - overcoming the ditch - they were "disqualified" by the border guards. The signal for the end of the "race" was warning shots, as the violators did not respond to legal requests to stop," the border guards said.

For malicious disobedience to the lawful order of the border guards and an attempt to illegally cross the border, reports of administrative offenses were drawn up against the men under Art. 185-10 and Part 2 of Art. 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
The cases were sent to court.
