UNN found out that several Ukrainian ministers reported significant changes in their property status in 2023, when the NACP restored public access to the Register of Declarations, with the exception of martial law exceptions.

On December 10, the NACP opened public access to the Unified State Register of Declarations of Ukraine, with the exception of exceptions related to martial law. UNN checked which ministers had filed declarations and reported changes in their property status as of the morning of December 11.

The NACP noted that if the Register does not contain a declaration of a certain person, it means that the NACP received a request to remove it from public access.
