It is noted that today Deputy Defense Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Klimenkov met with the acting director of the Bureau of Economic Security Andriy Pashchuk.
Currently, the agencies have agreed on an algorithm for transferring internal audit materials for law enforcement to conduct relevant investigations, as well as on the prompt exchange of procurement information.

According to him, the Ministry of Defense continues to take preventive measures by reforming the procurement sector in the department.

From now on, the Ministry of Defense only establishes rules and carries out quality control, while procurement agencies - the Defense Procurement Agency and the State Logistics Operator - are engaged in direct procurement.

For his part, Andriy Pashchuk, Head of the Bureau of Economic Security, emphasized that the cooperation between the agencies would prevent significant losses of budget funds and make the defense procurement process as transparent and efficient as possible.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense established constructive cooperation with the SBU, NABU, National Police, and the Prosecutor General's Office to prevent procurement crimes.
