President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Kharkiv continues to connect household consumers to electricity after a massive Russian attack on the night of March 22. The entire Dnipropetrovs'k region has been supplied with electricity, except for some consumers in Nikopol. He wrote about this in Telegram, reports UNN.
I have received all the necessary reports on the restoration work in our regions after the Russian strike on Friday: reports from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, energy companies, and regions. Work has been going on continuously everywhere
He thanked each repair team, all employees of energy companies, rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and all utilities involved for their work.
The most difficult situation is still in Kharkiv. We continue to connect household consumers to electricity. The pace is as fast as possible now. In Dniprovska oblast, the entire region is connected, except for some consumers in Nikopol. Everything is being done to provide electricity there as well
He also said that the technical ability to supply electricity has been restored in Sumy, Poltava, Odesa, Vinnytsia, Frankivsk, Khmelnytsky, Mykolaiv and Zaporizhzhia regions. Some communities have emergency blackout schedules.
