The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution to launch an electronic urban planning cadastre at the state level. It will start working in a month, after the resolution comes into force. This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation, UNN reports.
We continue to digitalize construction. Soon, all interaction with urban planning documentation will take place in a single electronic system - the Urban Planning Cadastre at the state level. It will be launched in a month after the resolution comes into force
The Ministry of Digital Transformation pointed out that previously only some local governments had cadastres. In addition, most urban planning documentation was in paper form. Documents were lost, forged or delayed for the sake of bribes.
With the launch of the electronic cadastre, all urban planning information, documents and procedures for their approval will be in the electronic system.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation believes that this will help speed up the construction and development of infrastructure. It will also help increase transparency and protect the sector from fraud.
