She posted photos of a foal standing next to pink balloons.
"I'm looking forward to the arrival of our little girl", the caption reads.
In September, Gina married Ian Betke at the luxurious Schumacher family villa in Majorca, which they bought for 27 million pounds sterling in 2017.
