The Telegram messenger has suffered a massive failure, with problems encountered, in particular, by users from Ukraine. This is evidenced by the data of the Downdetector service, UNN reports.

According to Downdetector, the Telegram outage affected Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and the United Kingdom.
The most frequent complaints were problems connecting to servers (52%), interruptions in the application (30%), and inability to send and receive messages (19%).
