Sumy region: Russian army shells three communities in border area

On Monday, the Russian military shelled 3 border settlements in the Sumy region of Ukraine with mortars, bombs and air strikes 4 times, causing 8 explosions.

On Monday, the Russian military fired four times at Sumy region. Residents of three communities near the border came under fire. This was reported by the Sumy RMA , UNN reports.

During the day, Russians fired 4 times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy region. Eight explosions were recorded. The Krasnopilska, Velykopysarivska, and Yampilska communities were shelled.

- RMA said in a statement.

Details

According to the regional military administration, the invaders launched an air strike on the Yampil community.

Residents of the Velykopysarivska ATC were shelled with mortars.

And the Krasnopil community was attacked with mortars and an aircraft bomb  from an enemy plane.
