I welcome Vice Speaker of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania Paulius Saudargas to Kyiv. I thanked the Lithuanian Parliament for all the resolutions and statements in support of Ukraine. I also thanked for the comprehensive assistance of friendly Lithuania in all priority areas for our country
It is noted that during the meeting, the parties discussed defense support. In particular, the Speaker of the Council outlined the needs of Ukraine and emphasized that the Defense Forces critically need the support of allies.
They also discussed in detail the cooperation between defense companies of Ukraine and Lithuania on joint production of weapons and ammunition in Ukraine. He also thanked for the decisions of the Seimas, which will allow the purchase and transfer of even more drones to Ukraine in the future
