It is reported that on November 30, at 10: 30, the invaders they probably carried out a mortar attack on Toretsk. The target of the Russian troops was a residential area. As a result of the shelling, three people were injured civilians who came to receive humanitarian aid to the administrative building.
An 86-year-old woman and two men aged 63 and 34 years was taken to the hospital with shrapnel wounds. The latter is located in serious condition, the prosecutor's office said.
For the procedural management of the Donetsk regional administration the prosecutor's office is conducting a pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of War (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
