Russian troops attacked the border of Chernihiv region yesterday using FPV drones, mortars and cannon artillery, resulting in 25 explosions, the Northern Regional Office of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported on Wednesday, UNN reported.
"During the day, Russian troops struck with FPV drones, mortars and cannon artillery on the border of Chernihiv region. Twenty-five explosions were recorded," the SBGS reported on Facebook.
As indicated, hostile attacks were recorded in four communities:
- Novhorod-Siversk: 5 explosions (probably from cannon artillery and explosive devices dropped from enemy UAVs) in the direction of Kamen.
- Semenivka community: 6 explosions (probably from FPV drones, 120-mm mortar and cannon artillery) in the direction of Karpovychi, Liskivshchyna and Prohres.
- Snovska community: 11 explosions (arrivals, probably from 120-mm mortar and cannon artillery) in Mistky and Yeline.
- Horodnyanska community: 3 explosions (probably explosive devices dropped from the enemy's UAV) in Senkivka settlement.
"There is no information about dead or injured people among the local population as a result of the shelling," the statement said.
