Details
According to the investigation, on July 17, 2024, at 15:00, using methods prohibited by international law, the enemy attacked a civilian car with a drone on the Bilopillia-Putivl highway.
As a result of the attack, a passenger of the car was injured. The Prosecutor's Office, together with other law enforcement agencies, is recording the consequences of the shelling. The materials of this case will soon be transferred to the SBU Office in Sumy region.
Under the procedural supervision of the Sumy District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
