According to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, on August 21 at approximately 4:30 p.m., Russian forces carried out two strikes using UAVs on a shopping center in Kryvyi Rih.
According to preliminary data, 52 people were injured as a result of the enemy strikes. Six children are among the injured.
Investigative actions are ongoing. The number of victims is being established. Prosecutors are documenting the consequences of yet another Russian war crime.
Under the procedural guidance of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, criminal proceedings have been launched over the commission of a war crime under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As reported by Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the city's Defense Council, the shopping complex was attacked again by a rocket-powered Shahed.
They are flying at extremely low altitudes. Further strikes are possible, Vilkul concluded.
