Law enforcement officers have identified a russian armed forces serviceman who raped a minor resident of Kherson region. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, UNN reports.

A serviceman of the 109th rifle regiment of the mobilization reserve of the 1st army corps of the 8th army corps of the southern military district of the Russian Federation was identified and served a notice of suspicion of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, during the occupation of Kherson region in March 2022, the suspect was there together with other members of the aggressor state's army.
A serviceman of the Russian Armed Forces entered the territory of a private house where local residents with children were hiding. The suspect entered one of the rooms where an underage girl and her sisters were staying. He asked her how old they were. He then ordered the girl to follow him to another room and take off her clothes. She refused, but he threatened to kill her and rape her with other soldiers of the aggressor country
Then, using physical force, the Russian soldier committed an act of sexual violence against the girl.
